Martin took part in our Advanced neue fische Data Analytics Bootcamp this year and then landed a job as a data analyst in HR at our partner company Gruner + Jahr. He tells you in this testimonial himself why he finally came to neue fische and what challenges he faced:

Why did you come to neue fische?
On the one hand I was of course enthusiastic about the culture of neue fische, on the other hand I came to neue fische because the learning content contains everything I always wanted to learn about data analytics - I was particularly fascinated by the depth of the learning content.

Was there a biggest challenge for you in bootcamp you feel like sharing with us in this testimonial?
My biggest challenge during the bootcamp was that I had to stay focused for a long time every day in order to learn the constantly changing content. In the end, I am very proud that we applied all the techniques we learned to our final project so professionally in such a short time.

What happened to you after the bootcamp?
After the Advanced neue fische Data Analytics Bootcamp I had a few job interviews with partner companies from neue fische. In the end I got a job as a data analyst in the HR department at Gruner und Jahr. I found a really great team here that I can now work with.
